Salad
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cups of watermelon cut into 3/4-inch cubes
8 ounces fresh mozzarella, cubed
1/4 cup large basil leaves, torn
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, or to taste
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, or to taste
1. Halve tomatoes, cube watermelon and fresh mozzarella.
2. Tear or chop basil.
3. Add the tomatoes, watermelon, mozzarella, and basil to a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle with salt, drizzle with oil and vinegar, and gently toss to coat.
